HOW TO : 4 HABITS THAT LEAD TO PERFECT SKIN!





In this week's talk, we're focusing on the

most important skincare steps that you 

should follow in order to bring out the

best skin that you can ever have.



1. Daily Cleansing


A simple cleanser can do mighty wonders to your skin
if you're just starting to indulge in the men's skincare world.
It effectively removes the impurities & excess sebum that can clog
your pores and cause inflammation as well as other skin problems.



Daily cleansing should not exceed twice a day.
It should only be done once in the morning & before bed.



This is due to the fact that the constant removal of natural oil (aka sebum)
from your skin can be very drying and hence detrimental for your skin.
If you wear make-up, regardless of whether it's a complex make-up,
or simply a BB cream that conveniently covers your skin imperfections,
you should always use a gentle cleanser specifically for make-ups,
then only proceed to the normal skin cleansing.




2. Skin Moisturizing



A moisturizer is another very essential step 
in your skincare routine besides a cleanser.



Moisturizer comes in many different forms,
ie. gel, lotion, cream and even gel-cream.
It should always be reminded that you ought to use a
suitable form of moisturizer according to your skin type.



 Here's a simple explanation of the rule :
Gel has the lowest oil content and highest water content,
hence it's normally suitable for oily and combination skin.
   Cream has the highest oil content and lowest water content,
hence suitable for dry to very dry skin.



As skin owes its soft, pliable texture to water content,
moisturizers come into play in maintaining a perfect skin.
Although many advertisements claimed that moisturizers
are able to replenish the water content in the skin directly,
most moisturizers work by solely preventing water molecules
from your skin cells from escaping into the atmosphere.





3. Sun Protection



We all know sun rays cause a huge amount of skin damages.
Photoaging, hyperpigmentation, skin cancer, saggy skin.....
and the list goes on and on and on and on and on and on.

Sunscreen is definitely a MUST in your skincare regime.



We strongly recommend using an antioxidant serum/oil before sunscreen.
These antioxidants are important to scavenge the free radicals
generated on skin surface when UV reacts with sunscreen.




4. Facial Mask



Some people do not necessarily enjoy the moment
when facial masks are being applied onto their faces
because they can't move and must confine to bed.



However,if you tried putting on a hydrating mask every night before sleep;
or alternatively, using different types of masks (for brightening or pore softening)
3 times a week, it can also have an immediate improvement on your complexion.



Your skin will look soft, supple, youthful and radiant!



However, we do not recommend using whitening, cleaning and exfoliating masks
or mud masks on a daily basisas some of them can be rather drying to our skin.
